The SCAPCB (the Company of Food Preserves of the Producers of Cap-Bon) was born from a synergy between Mr. Gastli Bakha and his partner Mr. Hector Borge. The first harissa box under the brand name "Le Phare du Cap Bon" was manufactured in 1946. Ever since, the Management has perpetuated a tradition handed down from father to son while investing in new technologies to ensure that SCAPCB products always meet the highest international standards. The harissa "Le Phare du Cap Bon" continues to be made according to the recipe of Grandmother Oum Elkhir.
