The “Biscuiterie Nantaise” (BN) was founded in 1896 by foods merchants. The History of “BN” however began really with its first biscuit, “Le Petit Breton” and pastries like sponge fingers cake, waffles, sponge fingers and macaroons. Since 1933, BN produces a greedy and symbolic biscuit: le “Goûter Fourré BN”. 100 % French biscuit, the biscuit BN is elaborated with quality ingredients, without any colouring agent, artificial aroma or added preservative.
