BURGARD

Since 1935, the Burgard family operated a traditional bakery in Strasbourg. During the 50’s, they devoted themselves exclusively to the fresh pretzels and appetizer catering manufacture.
In 2001, the company is taken over by Nathalie and Emmanuel Goetz. It’s the beginning of a high growth, which continues today. An undeniable successful story. Based on the diversification towards appetizer and snack food products, it established a direct distribution network, as well as numerous and loyal industrial and retail customers.
They select their suppliers and raw materials with the most rigor, at the service of taste. They cultivate artisanal know-how, in all hygiene and safety, without concession (IFS certified).
