Since 1882, the company Clément Faugier has been producing marrons glacés with a lot of know-how and care. It took Mr. Faugier only 3 years to invent a new recipe which has been a huge success ever since. Using the breakage from the delicate production of marrons glacés, and mixing it with other 100% natural ingredients, he invented the famous Crème de marrons de l’Ardèche. The recipe has never changed since.
